Can I submit a domain name to a brand request that I do not have the authority to market for sale?

Occasionally, brand namers may wish to submit a domain name to a Brand Request that they do not own or have the authority to market for sale. In these circumstances, submissions CANNOT include a sale price and the brand namer must use the optional comments section to indicate that they do not have the authority to sell the name. For example, by adding a note with something such as, "I do not own this name but I know the owner and might be able to help you get it."
