Your Brandmo Account

• You agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions at all times  
• You may have only ONE Brandmo account
• You may NOT use public comments or messages for self-promotion or abuse
• You agree Brandmo is a venue, and is NOT responsible for agreements between buyers and sellers on its platform
  
  

Buy Requests - Brand Seekers

• You may only make offers with a legitimate intention to buy
• In the event an offer is accepted, you agree to pay the full offer price and associated success fee
• You agree to perform your own due diligence before making or accepting an offer
  
  

Buy Requests - Brand Namers 

• You MUST own or have the exclusive right to sell a name in order to include an offer price with your submission
• You MUST make a good faith effort to submit creative, high-quality naming options relevant to the requirements of Brandmo clients 
• You may NOT intentionally circumvent Brandmo by sending private offers to Brandmo clients from outside of the platform
  
  

We do not tolerate infractions and breaking these site rules can have serious implications for your ability to use the Brandmo platform. We reserve the right to correct, suspend, ban and/or remove any user we find to be breaching our site rules at our explicit and sole discretion.
